Self Care is Both Comfortable and Uncomfortable and Both are Important

We love doing the fun relaxing self care routines and those are great to include in your list, but have you ever done the uncomfortable ones that really help you grow and move forward in your life?

Remember, the hard work we do on ourselves is usually the ones that bring the biggest blessings for our life, so don't be afraid to face it.  Anything we go through brings lessons and moves us in the direction we are suppose to go so lean in, work through it, and you'll be in a better place and feeling really good because of it.
