How Do I Get My Husband to Support Me In My Weight Loss Journey?

One of the most important person in our lives is our spouse and having his support when we go on our Wellness journey is extremely important to us, but what happens when you don't have that support?

"How do I get my husband to support me in my weight loss journey?"

or 

"How do I get my husband to join me and get healthy with me?"

I've been asked this many times in my Coaching career by women who have made a decision to start a plan to lose the weight, eat better and make their health a priority.  

But then they're faced with an unsupportive spouse who for one reason or another isn't as thrilled about them doing this and has zero interest in doing it themselves.

I wanted to answer these questions, because I think it's EXTREMELY important to understand where to go from here, so on today's Fearless and Unleashed podcast episode #25 I shared my thoughts, tips to get their support, and how you can still get after reaching your goals if you do not get it.   You can listen below.

 

I also touched on my personal journey when I started trying to better my health and how I shared it with my husband.  

As you can see from our transformation picture, he too had his own transformation losing over 140lbs.
